These terms govern your use of the AZITECH website and your purchases from AZITECH LTD (Company No. 17347544, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ).

1. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if an error in pricing has occurred.

2. Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT at 20% unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Cancellation

You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We offer 30-day returns for your convenience. Items must be returned in original condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or profit.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
