How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery 1-2 working days. Next day delivery available if ordered before 2pm Monday-Thursday.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free standard delivery on all orders over £30 within the UK.
What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Funds are returned to your original payment method.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe using 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.
What warranty do you offer?
All devices come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Accessories carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Do you price match?
We strive to offer competitive prices. If you find a lower price elsewhere, contact us and we will do our best to match it.
